Macro - AP

I was completely inspired by plants, and their textures, for the macro project. Having visited NYBG yesterday I had a ton of specimens to photograph. The below pics are from plants at the Botanical Gardens, the last three from our garden at home. It was pretty interesting to me that when I tried the last photo in black and white a (very faint) spiderweb appeared that I hadn't seen earlier in the color version.

    Love them! Excellent design, light and editing. Notice how quiet light works to your advantage with this series.
