Today I decided to take a couple of pictures on lunch break. In front and of the Court house and on the New Haven Green and around my husbands work site on this beautiful day.
The best one is the bottom image... here is the main thing I'd like you to learn in this class.... Although it is a picture that uses the two buildings, it is much more than just a picture of 2 buildings... it is also a study of contrasts, of repetition and unity, and a whole, coherent design. Finally, a bit of editing strengthens it a lot. Taking the picture is the first step, the editing brings the power of the image home. I will post a quick edit above to demonstrate that....
