Downtown Festivities

This weekend, I got a chance to walk around and enjoy the beautiful sites of downtown New Haven with my family. I took a few pictures of the many buildings across from the New Haven green. I also got a chance to enjoy the Arts and Ideas and free concert on the New Haven green. Hope you all enjoyed your weekend as well.

    You are on the right track, Belinda... You have a good sense of design and composition. I like to ask the question, "Is this picture about color", or, "Is color very important for this shot"? If not, that is a good sign that a conversion to B and W may be a good idea.

    Hello Professor, some how I am just seeing this message. I actually took two shots of this image. A gray scale as well. In which I should have posted along with this one. Color wasn’t my focus for this shot. I just forgot to post the other image I had taken without the color.
