Yesterday, I was able to take a few photos while visiting my brother and his family for the holiday, in Palmer, Massachusetts. My sister had her 6 month puppy pitbull
Brownie. I was able to get up and close and capture a moment with her. I also got up close and took a picture of my husband medallion on his necklace that was interesting. Hope you all enjoyed your holiday!!!!🇱🇷
The top image is nicely framed and reasonably sharp and as I see it, the next two are very small segments of the top picture that you are cropping in… What happens when you do that is you end up with extremely low resolution pictures that you lose quality big time. What you need to do is to move in closer with the camera itself and fill the frame. One goal of good macro photography is to discover how close you can get with your camera and still keep it in sharp focus. If you go any closer than that the camera is unable to focus and you end up with a fuzzy picture. Each camera has its own limit of how close you can get. By using just a tiny portion of the sensor on your camera you are compromising quality.
ReplyDeleteYou have a good eye for composition I'll give you that now if we can get on top of the quality issue by using the entire sensor without cropping and still maintain good composition you will have made great strides in your photography.
Ok, I will work on that as well.. Have a great work week
